In June 2023, a partnership memorandum was signed between the development company Metropoli and the French international hospitality group Louvre Hotels Group. Through this partnership, Metropoli will exclusively bring a 5-star hotel to the Adjara region, while continuing the construction of two large investment projects in Batumi: Metropol Cube and Metropol Oval. Louvre Hotels Group is one of the major players in the global hospitality industry, encompassing more than 1,600 hotels in 54 countries. Royal Tulip, a premium hotel brand of Louvre Hotels Group, is renowned for its elegant and sophisticated spaces and services. The CUBE project represents a significant investment for the business class, with an investment volume exceeding 160 million GEL. Metropol Cube's architecture, a synthesis of modern sophistication, includes a conference hall, library, swimming pool, terrace, and restaurant space. For seaside vacation enthusiasts, the Metropol Oval project focuses on an active vacation style, featuring a wine library, cinema hall, swimming pool, and large terrace. Both investment projects combine a comfortable lifestyle with high-level planning and modern standards. By the end of 2027, the Metropol Cube and Metropol Oval projects will be fully operational, featuring the Royal Tulip Cube and the Royal Tulip Oval as well.
